How Our Floral Rental Process Works
Bringing your vision to life is simple. Whether you are renting a curated 6-piece set or building a custom package, here is how we get started:
1. Select Your Pieces
Choose from our signature “Faux n Fresh” collections. You can rent a full set or mix and match individual aisle markers, swags, and centerpieces to create a custom rental tailored to your venue.
2. Secure Your Date
Once you’ve finalized your selection, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your items and lock in your event date. This ensures your specific floral designs are held exclusively for you.
3. Finalize & Celebrate
Your remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. At this time, we will also collect the security deposit. Then, you’re all set to enjoy beautiful, high-end floral décor without the “fresh-only” price tag!

3. Finalize & Celebrate
Your remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. At this time, we will also collect the security deposit. Then, you’re all set to enjoy beautiful, high-end floral decor without the “fresh-only” price tag!

Sky Blue Set

Service & Pricing Options
Full Service
Cost includes delivery within the local Fraser Valley, professional setup, the transfer of items from the ceremony to the reception, and teardown at the end of the event.
Pick-up Rental (3-Day DIY)
Rent the set for three days with a pick-up and return option. Damage Deposit: $224.25. Note: This option requires a trusted person in your group to move the set from the ceremony to the reception.
Pricing for these services ranges from $195 to $2500 on average. Please contact us to get a custom quote.
In-Person Consults & Visits
KA Floral Design operates exclusively as a home-based studio. In-person consultations are available and will give you the personal touch. All client meetings and design discussions are best in person; however can be done through
an online meeting. This approach allows us to maintain a focused and efficient workflow while ensuring each client receives personalized attention and service.
